to be done

Yep, you are looking at a sanded table. :) Now, to stain.

Supermodel, Jimmy Choo. You can see the place needs a thorough, deep cleaning.

There is a leak in the bathroom ceiling of the cabina and that water runs into the cabina as seen here.

Here is the front gate. Of course, it needs to be sanded, stained, and hopefully, someday, automated like a garage door. It is not the safest thing for me to be parked in the middle of the street, stepping out of the car to open this door late at night or middle of the day for that matter. <3 onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg8fSeD04JInOmbw2gTS46iAAVE9FrJuj1CpcAY131GwQop5hgH5_58xNVC7SNNh63qzYQ2HieCe41u1S7UVYssN3ASSnOFSXJTK8CLE4p0I2dodGLE61AMta4PsdYc8U2PgGJXKfCv1Wjd/s1600/IMG_2435.JPG">

This is the driveway solution I would like to install. I believe - the quote I got - was about $300 to buy and install this. I will double check as I was given a written estimate for the hardware store costs + the work & not sure if they were .

Got the QUAD!!!! Just needs a few more pieces and soon it will be working perfectly. ;)

The poor roof in the guest room needs to be fixed. this is clearly why the matress from that room was ruined.

progress

Well, I wish I could reorder these, but you get to see the finished result first. :) I took off the masking tape after I took this picture, sorry. :)

We took advantage of the bars being off to apply a fresh coat of paint, new screens & a new screen border with fresh new wood.

The new, reinforced bars! Like new!

Then fancy, schmancy new locks for the kitchen window (4), the front and back door of the bar.

Looking so good!!! This was DAYS of work!

This is Reynaldo and his teamate, sanding down the bars. After sanding, Reynaldo (the welder) reinforced the metal holding the bars to the house - before the pieces were VERY thin and rusted to hell-io. Then, they were painted and put back on the house.

We got the mommy kitty and her kittens to Cobano so that they could find forever homes! :)

Nano and I got the back porch sorted, cleaned and VERY livable!!! This was the first day we were there and we ended up having a small, nice little dinner out here!!!

You will notice above also, the tall plants bordering the patio. Nano trimmed them ALL down to the same height. This way they will grown back more and more hedge like - full and nice.

I don't have pictures yet, but I will add soon all the pretty sanded tables and chairs, the fresh, clean, beautiful new white paint in the house, & the cleaned the house and most of the cabina.
